CLASS DEFINITION

What is Pilates™? Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates. It is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movements.

What is Yoga™? Yoga is creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

What is NIA™? NIA is a dynamic cardiovascular workout that stimulates and integrates your mind/body/spirit and leaves you feeling recharged, rejuvenated and fully alive.

What is Zumba™? Zumba is a program that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.

What is Zumba™ Toning? Zumba Toning is a program that incorporates both the hypnotic Latin rhythms with toning sticks so you get an all over workout.

May if finally here!

Our new schedule is off with a bang and we have welcomed many new members and as always have welcomed back our faithful followers. If you would like to bring a friend to class and have them try it out, please do so and its on the house! We want to get you in the best shape possible and sometimes its a comfort to know that you are working out with your friends. Please bring your friend along and let the instructor know that they are there trying it out - once you have experienced the joy and comfort feeling of working out with your friend they will be signing up with you and it will keep you motivated.
