CLASS DEFINITION

What is Pilates™? Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates. It is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movements.

What is Yoga™? Yoga is creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

What is NIA™? NIA is a dynamic cardiovascular workout that stimulates and integrates your mind/body/spirit and leaves you feeling recharged, rejuvenated and fully alive.

What is Zumba™? Zumba is a program that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.

What is Zumba™ Toning? Zumba Toning is a program that incorporates both the hypnotic Latin rhythms with toning sticks so you get an all over workout.

May is full of changes

Good day to all our members. I would like to welcome you to Sacude Fitness if this is your first time stopping by and welcome to those that stop in on a regular basis.

We are now entering our 5th month and we are growing by leaps and bounds. Sacude Fitness will be changing a few things which we hope will be more helpful to you as our member.

The most important change is that we will be going to a monthly fee. If you sign up before May 1st you will be grandfathered in at the monthly rate of $35, otherwise our monthly fee will be $45. You will then have access to any and all classes. We will still offer the "drop in" fee for those of you looking for a quick workout with your busy schedule.

If you have any questions or concerns that we can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Looking forward to seeing you and watching how you will change your way of life with a few dance steps, a few nia, yoga or pilates moves or strengthen those muscles in bands and balls.
