CLASS DEFINITION
What is Pilates™? Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates. It is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movements.
What is Yoga™? Yoga is creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.
What is NIA™? NIA is a dynamic cardiovascular workout that stimulates and integrates your mind/body/spirit and leaves you feeling recharged, rejuvenated and fully alive.
What is Zumba™? Zumba is a program that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.

Set your Calendar
Please set your calendar for May 28th at 6 p.m. We will have a special guest coming from Florida with a special appearance by another instructor from Indiana. Patrizio Merlo from Florida who is well known as the Tango King will be coming to Milwaukee for a Zumba event. Sacude Fitness is hosting him at the Indian Community School located at 10405 W. St. Martins Road, Franklin, WI (This is near HWY 100 and Loomis Road) doors will open at 5:30 and event starts at 6 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Kelly Thrall will be joining Patrizio and she is from Indiana - how awesome that Wisconsin gets the chance to meet with two wonderful instructors! There will be special appearances by some of our very own Wisconsin Instructors. You won't want to miss this event as it will be two hours of rocking Zumba fun!!!
