CLASS DEFINITION
What is Pilates™? Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates. It is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movements.
What is Yoga™? Yoga is creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.
What is NIA™? NIA is a dynamic cardiovascular workout that stimulates and integrates your mind/body/spirit and leaves you feeling recharged, rejuvenated and fully alive.
What is Zumba™? Zumba is a program that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.

One More Week
Bands and Balls and Nia will be taking some time off but we will be back on the schedule soon.
Sacude Fitness will be closed for the Memorial Weekend so enjoy the celebrations & we will see you on Tuesday!
