CLASS DEFINITION

What is Pilates™? Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates. It is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movements.

What is Yoga™? Yoga is creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

What is NIA™? NIA is a dynamic cardiovascular workout that stimulates and integrates your mind/body/spirit and leaves you feeling recharged, rejuvenated and fully alive.

What is Zumba™? Zumba is a program that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.

What is Zumba™ Toning? Zumba Toning is a program that incorporates both the hypnotic Latin rhythms with toning sticks so you get an all over workout.

May is full of changes

Good day to all our members. I would like to welcome you to Sacude Fitness if this is your first time stopping by and welcome to those that stop in on a regular basis.

We are now entering our 5th month and we are growing by leaps and bounds. Sacude Fitness will be changing a few things which we hope will be more helpful to you as our member.

The most important change is that we will be going to a monthly fee. If you sign up before May 1st you will be grandfathered in at the monthly rate of $35, otherwise our monthly fee will be $45. You will then have access to any and all classes. We will still offer the "drop in" fee for those of you looking for a quick workout with your busy schedule.

If you have any questions or concerns that we can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Looking forward to seeing you and watching how you will change your way of life with a few dance steps, a few nia, yoga or pilates moves or strengthen those muscles in bands and balls.

Good Day to all - The 10 a.m. class on Saturday - Bands and Balls - will be cancelled for April 17th and for April 24th. We will be back on schedule for May 1st - looking forward to working out those muscles :)

New Month New Beginnings

Welcome everyone - Spring if finally here and we are all anxious to get out of the house and wear clothes that are not so heavy. Yikes then we look in the mirror and realize hybernation set in. Well - this is a perfect time for you to think about how your going to change your exercise routine. From sitting on the couch to getting out and moving. Sacude Fitness can help you with that! We offer a variety of Zumba classes, Yoga, Pilates and Nia that will help you to move and you will be having so much fun you won't even realize your working out.

May starts a new session and some changes for Sacude Fitness. We will be going to a monthly system instead of sessions and the rates will change as well. Monthly rate will change to $45 which will give you access to all classes.

March 1st brings us a New Session

Well success is made by the many members that Sacude Fitness has and we are happy to announce that our next session of classes will be starting up March 1st. We have two new instructors, Joan and Jessica, and they will be teaching Zumba. We have two new classes to offer you one being Zumba Toning where you can still dance to your favorite latin infused music and use toning sticks. The other new class is bands and balls where we will work your entire body by strengthening and conditioning it so when summer comes around you are ready.

Remember only you can help yourself and live a healthy lifestyle. Come and join us and see what you can do to change your fitness routine.

Good day to all - well Spring is right around the corner in Wisconsin - okay that's a big corner but it is coming. With Spring comes our next session and we will be adding classes and changing a few things up so I hope that you stay posted and check out our new class list in the next week. The new session starts up on March 1st and we look forward to having you join us!

Resolution - how are you doing in the new year?

We all begin the New Year with a Resolution of wanting to work out, find a better more rewarding job, look for the love of your life, guiding your children to the better parts of life. Are you sticking to your guns this year and making your resolutions part of your life? If not, Sacude Fitness can assist you with the resolution of working out. We offer you a variety of classes that will inspire you and encourage you to keep moving. Our instructors are some of the best in the Milwaukee area and they want to lead you down the path of success. We will offer you the chance to come and check us out for free, one class of your choosing, come and see what we can offer you to shake up your fitness routine and help you stick to at least one of your New Year Resolution. This Saturday starts our new Belly Dancing class at 1 p.m. with Jeannette Daft and Monday's we have an evening with Edgar Tirado for Salsa lessons. We look forward to seeing you at Sacude Fitness.

Belly Dancing

Saturday, January 16th from 1 - 3 p.m. Jeannette Daft will be at the studio teaching and demonstrating belly dancing and gypsy skirt dancing. If you have a free flowing long skirt please bring it for the second hour. The cost is $10 and we will be offering belly dancing classes in the near future. Come and try it out and sign up for class - we are looking forward to meeting you and seeing you shake on the dance floor.
