CLASS DEFINITION

What is Pilates™? Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates. It is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movements.

What is Yoga™? Yoga is creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

What is NIA™? NIA is a dynamic cardiovascular workout that stimulates and integrates your mind/body/spirit and leaves you feeling recharged, rejuvenated and fully alive.

What is Zumba™? Zumba is a program that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.

What is Zumba™ Toning? Zumba Toning is a program that incorporates both the hypnotic Latin rhythms with toning sticks so you get an all over workout.

Two More Days

The final countdown is here - two more days and we open our days to everyone and anyone who wants to Shake Up Their Fitness Routine! Last night we were there painting and just have some finishing touches to do and we are anxious to meet you. Come ready to work-out and enjoy a bit of dancing on January 2nd 2010 from 11 - 3. Classes begin January 4, 2010

New Year New You

Two days away to our Open House and we are so looking forward to meeting you! We hope that the classes that we are offering will be what your looking for and that you can enjoy your time at Sacude Fitness. January 2nd is the Open House from 11 am to 3 pm - see you then! Classes begin January 4th - time to shake up your fitness routine and bring in the new year with a healthier you!

Open House

Welcome to Sacude Fitness! We are embarking on a new way of working out and we are thrilled that you would like to join us. We are holding an open house on January 2, 2010 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and we would like to invite you to this event. We will be demonstrating classes throughout the day so come with your workout clothes on and be ready to have some fun.
